Goldbach Media becomes Goldbach Group
Integrated offerings under a unified umbrella brand - Goldbach 
Audience for online advertising - Goldbach Interactive for conceptual
and interactive communications solutions - Goldbach Media for TV, 
radio and out-of-home marketing - umbrella brand as the basis for 
expanding international business.
Küsnacht, October 5, 2010. Goldbach Media AG, the leader in the 
advertising marketing of private electronic, interactive and mobile 
media, has brought together its group companies under the umbrella 
brand Goldbach and operates, as of today, under the new name 
"Goldbach Group". IP Multimedia becomes "Goldbach Media", AdLINK 
becomes "Goldbach Audience" and orange8 "Goldbach Interactive". By 
integrating all business activities under the unified umbrella brand 
"Goldbach", the Goldbach Group aims to emphasize the breadth of it 
service offerings for the integrated marketing of private TV, radio 
and out-of-home as well as online media, thus creating the necessary 
conditions for further growth in Switzerland, Austria, Germany as 
well as in Southeastern and Eastern Europe.
This significant step provides Goldbach Media with a consistent and 
uniform presentation for its comprehensive range of services and 
products and establishes a umbrella brand under the "Goldbach" name. 
The holding company previously operating under the name Goldbach 
Media AG now becomes Goldbach Group AG.
Goldbach Audience The specialist for online marketing in Switzerland,
Austria and the Adriatic region, AdLINK now operates under the new 
brand name "Goldbach Audience". Goldbach Audience enables the 
targeted placement of online advertising and develops innovative 
solutions for the rapidly growing market of performance marketing. A 
paradigm shift is occurring in online marketing. Network marketing, 
which is based on specialized databases, has started to supplement 
site marketing. As the leading provider in this area, Goldbach Media 
aims to actively participate in shaping this change and thus further 
strengthen its position in Southeastern and Eastern Europe.
Goldbach Interactive Goldbach's conceptual, design and technology 
offerings for all aspects of interactive communications and marketing
solutions in the Internet and mobile channels are now bundled under 
the new brand name "Goldbach Interactive". Also integrated in the 
mobile area are the offerings of the expertise centre Goldbach 
Mobile. International demand for the services formerly provided by 
orange8 in Germany and Switzerland is constantly growing. Goldbach 
Interactive's extensive range of services simplifies the 
implementation of comprehensive online communications for advertising
clients, while at the same time extending the Goldbach value chain.
Goldbach Media IP Multimedia, a provider of advertising marketing for
radio and television since the founding of Goldbach in 2001, now 
operates under the new name "Goldbach Media". With its extensive 
know-how and track record of rapid growth, Goldbach Media is well 
positioned to extend its successful model of marketing exclusively 
private TV, radio and out-of-home in Switzerland to new international
markets.
Goldbach expertise centres for specialty areas In addition to the 
three companies operating under the names Goldbach Audience, Goldbach
Interactive and Goldbach Media, Goldbach Group offers all companies 
throughout its network specialized knowledge via expertise centres 
(Goldbach Mobile, Goldbach Search, Goldbach Social Media).
The companies in Poland, Romania, the Czech Republic and Russia that 
were taken over in the ARBOmedia acquisition in 2008 will continue to
operate under the same names.
