Goldbach Group expands its management board
Küsnacht-Zurich, 31.01.2014. The Board of Directors of Goldbach Group AG,
the leading advertising logistics experts for the marketing of private
electronic, mobile and interactive media as well as online marketing,
active in the DACH region, Eastern Europe and Adriatic region, approves the
appointment of Roland Wittmann as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and member
of the Executive Committee as from 1 June 2014.
Roland Wittmann (born 1972, German-Swiss citizen) will be responsible from
1 June 2014 as Chief Strategy Officer for the management of strategic
development processes of the Goldbach Group. The graduated Master of
Business Administration (lic. oec. publ.), with focus on strategic
management and marketing, has many years of experience as management
consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and was active as Head of
Strategy & Planning for the Passenger Division of the Swiss Federal
Railways, SBB. This was followed by a stint as Head of Business Development
& Projects at Tamedia, where he is responsible for strategic projects and
market research, prior to joining the Goldbach Group.
With the appointment of Roland Wittmann, Goldbach Group has managed to win
over a proven Business Developer and Change Manager with extensive media
expertise. «With Roland Wittmann, our company has found the right person to
meet the strategic challenges of an increasingly complex and volatile
business environment», says Michi Frank, CEO of Goldbach Group. The
Executive Committee of Goldbach Group is thus composed of Michi Frank, CEO,
Lukas Leuenberger, CFO, Klaus Nadler, CMO as from 1 March 2014, and Roland
Wittmann, CSO as from 1 June 2014.
