Media (Schweiz) AG extend partnership
Küsnacht-Zürich, December 16th, 2014. Goldbach Media (Switzerland) AG, a
Goldbach Group subsidiary and the leading marketing agency in Switzerland
for TV, video and digital out of home media, and SevenOne Media (Schweiz)
AG, a ProSiebenSat.1-Group subsidiary, agree on an early extension of their
long-standing partnership
Goldbach Media (Switzerland) AG has been marketing SevenOne Media's entire
broadcast portfolio in Switzerland since 2011, including the successful
channels SAT.1, ProSieben, kabel eins, sixx, SAT.1 Gold and ProSieben MAXX.
Both parties have now agreed to extend the successful partnership by
renewing the existing contracts.

have decided to extend the marketing contract for the TV channels of the
ProSiebenSat.1-Group in Switzerland earlier than planned. This early
contract extension is an expression of our confidence in Goldbach Media's

further enhance the successful marketing of our channels SAT.1, ProSieben,
kabel eins, sixx, SAT.1 Gold and ProSieben MAXX in Switzerland over the
