Supervisory Board of PrimaCom AG appoints new board members

Mainz, 14th June 2004. At today’s meeting of the Supervisory Board of
PrimaCom AG, the following resolutions were passed: Heinz Ebele has
been re-elected as Chairman of the  Supervisory Board. Prof. Dr.
Helmut Thoma was re-elected, and Mr. Boris Augustin newly elected as
Vice-chairmen. At the General Meeting of 8th June, a vote of no
confidence was passed against board members Prof. Dr. Stefan
Schwenkedel and Dr. Jens Kircher by a majority of the votes
represented. A majority vote of no confidence was also passed today
against the Board by the Supervisory Board. The Board is therefore
dismissed with immediate effect in accordance with § 84 (3) AktG. Mr.
Hans-Werner Klose and Mr. Tony Abraham Merin were appointed as new
members of the Board with immediate effect. The new Board was
instructed to push ahead with the restructuring and continuation of
the company on behalf of the shareholders. Dr. Klaus von Dohnanyi and
Dr. Christian Schwarz-Schilling have today resigned from the
Supervisory Board with effect from 30th June 2004. Mr. Michael P.
Moriarty has today resigned from the Supervisory Board with effect
from 25th June 2004.
