PRIMACOM REPORTS ITS ANNUAL RESULTS FOR 2005 PrimaCom presents stable figures despite a difficult restructuring year

In the financial year 2005 the revenues of the PrimaCom Group in
Germany remained at 118 million euros only 3 percent under the year
before.

The operating profit improved in the financial year ended 31,
December 2005 from 4.1 million euros in 2004 to 4.3 million euros.

Earnings before interest, taxes and  depreciation  (EBITDA) in the
financial year 2005 decreased to 47.2 million euros 5.2 percent lower
than in 2004. However, EBITDA in 2005 was negatively influenced by
extraordinary expenses of 4.3 million euros relating to the financial
restructuring of the group and additionally with start up losses of
5.3 million euros from its new business easyTV. Adjusted for these
effects PrimaCom Germany achieved in the financial year ended 31,
December 2005 an EBITDA of 56.8 million euros, 2.6 percent lower than
in 2004.

Due to gains on extinguishment of Debt resulting from the above
mentioned financial restructuring together with a gain on the
disposal of its Dutch Subsidiary Multikabel  PrimaCom  reported an
annual profit after tax for the fiscal year 2005 of 240.0 million
euros. In the financial year 2004 the company reported a deficit of
110.0 million euros. As a result of these developments the Group’s
Equity improved from -195 million euros at 31st December 2004 to +45
Mil. euros at 31, December 2005

In Germany the number of revenue generating units decreased by 20.281
or 2.1 percent from 972.499 at 31st December, 2004 to 952.218 at 31st
December, 2005. While the number of Analogue subscribers decreased by
approx. 2.8 percent, the number of Internet customers grew by 53.6
percent   reaching 15.898 subscribers.
