Hiermit geben wir bekannt, dass uns folgende Meldung des Trafalgar Catalyst Fund, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands zugegangen ist:
We hereby give notice, pursuant to § 21 para.1 sentence 1 of the WpHG, that on 9 July 2007 the voting interest held by Trafalgar Catalyst Fund in PrimaCom AG amounted to 3,54% (equal to 732,167 voting rights), by exceeding the 3% threshold.
Zudem geben wir bekannt, dass uns folgende Meldung der Trafalgar Asset Managers Limited, London, United Kingdom zugegangen ist:
We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec 21 para.1 of the WpHG, that on 9 July 2007 the voting right of Trafalgar Asset Managers Limited, as described in the investment Management Agreement with Trafalgar Catalyst Fund, legal owner of the shares in PrimaCom AG, exceeded the 3% disclosure threshold. On this date the voting rights amounted to 3,54% of the total voting rights (corresponding to 732,167 voting rights). The number of voting rights attributed by §22 para 1 sent. 1, No.6 of the German Securities Trading Act to Trafalgar Asset Managers Limited, as the investment manager of Trafalgar Catalyst Fund, the legal owner of the voting rights, is 3,54% of the total voting rights (corresponding to 732,167 voting rights).
