We hereby give notice pursuant to § 21 para 1 of the WpHG that following a purchase of 21,550 ordinary shares on 10 August 2007, the voting interest held by the below mentioned registered holders under the discretionary management of Trafalgar Asset Managers Limited, London, United Kingdom in PRIMACOM AG increased through the 3% threshold and now amounts to 3.07%. Trafalgar Asset Managers Limited therefore now hold 662,112 ordinary shares under discretionary management for the below registered holders. All voting rights are attributable to it in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG
Zudem geben wir bekannt, dass uns folgende Meldung des Trafalgar Catalyst Fund, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands zugegangen ist:
We hereby give notice, pursuant to § 21 para 1 sentence 1 of the WpHG, that on 10 August 2007 the voting interest held by Trafalgar Catalyst Fund in PRIMACOM AG amounted to 3.07% (equal to 662,112 voting rights), therefore increasing through the 3% threshold.
