VIVACON AG acquires an ensemble of listed buildings in Fürth
Cologne, April 27th 2005. VIVACON AG (ISIN DE0006048911) has acquired the historic building of a plaything factory in Fürth from the ISG Immobilien Service GmbH u. Co. für Wohn und Geschäftsraum.
Following the almost complete sale of the apartments in the Villa St. Gertraud in Berlin and the "Arkadien" in Wesel with a total sales volume of EUR 30 million, the landmark ensemble represents the next project of VIVACON AG.
The landmark ensemble is situated in the center of Fürth, a few steps away from the city park. In a park-like setting with a surface of 4,300 sqm, VIVACON AG will create 75 condominiums with a total living area of 5,300 sqm as well as 37 parking lots. The total sales volume is currently estimated at approximately EUR 10.5 million. The replanning into condominiums has already been completed and selling and marketing will commence at the end of this month according to the usual business model of VIVACON AG in ground lease property. The acquisition price is in the low single-digit million area.
