VIVACON AG acquires portfolio of 2,025 residential units
Cologne, September 23rd 2005. VIVACON AG (ISIN 000604 8911) has today acquired a portfolio of 2,025 residential units from Grundrendite Liegenschaften & Co. Wohnbauten KG via its subsidiary MAPLE LEAF GERMANY ONE GmbH & Co. KG. The portfolio consists of 265 buildings in Cologne, Oberhausen, Essen, Duisburg, Düsseldorf,Saarbrücken, Bonn and Hamburg. The total living area comprises approx. 110,100 sqm.
