VIVACON AG sells portfolio for approx. EUR 100 mn
Cologne, November 21st 2005. VIVACON AG (ISIN DE0006048911) has sold a substantial portfolio of 2,658 residential units and a total living area of approx. 166,000 sqm to an international institutional investor under leasehold terms. VIVACON AG thus will remain the owner of these plots of the land. Transaction volume amounts to approx. EUR 100 mn. VIVACON AG will further continue to build up its portfolio sales segment.
