Ludwigsburg, 1 June 2005. After Jetter AG’s (ISIN DE0006264005) sales
of 22.6 Mio. EUR in the fiscal year ended 31 March 2005 exceeded
their sales targets by a considerable margin, earnings were
correspondingly positive. Preliminary figures indicate EBIT for the
fiscal year of KEUR 933. Given this result, and considering the
outlook for the following years, IFRS oblige the company to recognise
a deferred tax asset for the carryforward of unused tax losses and
unused tax credits. This leads to a one-time tax gain of KEUR 876.
The preliminary after-tax profit is KEUR 1,741.
