Jetter AG (ISIN: DE0006264005), the Ludwigsburg-based supplier of efficient automation solutions, has begun talks to take over the British company Control Developments (UK) Ltd. Control Developments is a leading supplier of electro-hydraulic control systems for the automotive industry. Its shareholder´s funds as per Companies House totalled KGBP 636 by the end of 2006. The combined intellectual, personnel and financial resources of both companies should create a powerful supplier of control solutions for mobile automation. The talks are in an early stage, terms and conditions of the acquisition are kept strictly confidential.
