Licensing Agreements
Gräfeling/München (euro adhoc) - Dr. Hönle AG has concluded a license agreement with a Spanish company governing the exclusive use of trademark rights for a special customer segment. The agreement runs over a period of 4 years and includes a subsequent purchase option for the licensee. The total volume of license revenue plus the acquisition price for the trademark rights payable upon execution of the option amounts to at least EUR 3 million. As a result, Dr. Hönle AG achieves license revenue of EUR 810,000 for the first time in the third quarter of the current financial year. Furthermore the respective business division of a subsidiary was sold to the Spanish licensee. The business division has not made any significant contribution to the subsidiary's earnings in recent years.
