The investment company EIC Electricity SA ("EIC") informs that it is
reviewing the fair value of its investment in Scandinavian Energy
Finance Limited ("SEFL"). The review of the fair value is related to
unexpected issues arising in the implementation a new tariff
structure for the clients of four district heating assets, which have
been financed by SEFL. SEFL currently comprises 37% of EIC’s net
asset value ("NAV").

EIC Electricity is listed on the SWX Swiss Exchange and on the
Frankfurt Securities Exchange (Bloomberg: EIC SW Equity / EIV GR
Equity). The company is specialized in investments in power and heat
generation, transmission, trading and distribution.
