At the Extraordinary General Meeting held on November 11, 2008 the shareholders of EIC Electricity unanimously approved the revised articles and the proposed change of the name of the Company from "EIC Electricity SA" to "EEII AG". Furthermore the Extraordinary General Meeting unanimously elected Beat Imwinkelried as a new Board Member.
