The member of the management board Dr Erik Massmann will resign from the
management board of the company prematurely with effect as of 30 September 2012
and terminate his employment relationship with the company. An agreement to this
effect was concluded yesterday between Dr Massmann and the company.
Dr Massmann, who has been responsible for the company's Finance, Administration,
Human Resources, Investor Relations and Legal Departments since 1 September
2010, made an essential contribution to the successful business development of
P&I Personal & Informatik AG over the last two years. The supervisory board as
well as the company thanks Dr Massmann for his successful commitment to the
company.
