freenet.de AG and Teles AG sign contract for freenet’s takeover of
the Strato group

Hamburg / freenet.de AG - freenet.de AG, Hamburg, and TELES
Aktiengesellschaft Informationstechnologien, Berlin, have just signed
the contract governing freenet’s takeover of the STRATO group,
consisting of TECT AG, STRATO Medien AG, STRATO Rechenzentrum AG and
Cronon AG. The contract contains the terms published last Friday. Its
execution is subject to the approval of the relevant committees and
antitrust clearance by the Federal Cartel Office.
