Following the rulings of the Graz Higher Regional Court, AvW Invest AG´s full access to its assets, which had been attached by the Klagenfurt public prosecution, has now been restored. These assets primarily consist of liquid funds from dividends on its investments, as well as all of its real estate properties and its vehicle fleet.
AvW is now once more in a position to pursue the company´s operational activities in the interests of its investors and to further expand its equity investment business. Also, AvW continues to take firm action against the true perpetrators of the damage.
