Due to the transfer of the Kommunalkredit shares of Österreichische 
Volksbanken-AG and Dexia Crédit Local to the Republic of Austria with
effect of 05-01-2009, in the shareholder meeting of 08-01-2009 also 
the new members of the Supervisory Board were appointed. New Chairman
of the Supervisory Board is KR Dr. Klaus Liebscher, CEO of 
Finanzmarktbeteiligung AG (FIMBAG) and former Governor of the 
Austrian National Bank (OenB), his deputy KR Adolf Wala, FIMBAG-CEO 
and former President of the OeNB.
