Star Wars - Episode III "Revenge of the Sith"
Attention all Star Wars fans! The exclusive limited edition "Star Wars - Episode III" mobile box sets from Orange will be available from 11 April 2005. The sets contain a Nokia mobile phone with Star Wars accessories. They are a "must" for every Star Wars fan. The sets, together with a wide range of Star Wars content and services, can only be obtained in Switzerland through Orange and on the mobile Orange World portal.
You can come closer than ever to that far distant galaxy with this exclusive offer of Star Wars products and services, launched by Orange to celebrate the year's most eagerly awaited film.
The six-part Star Wars saga will be completed on 19 May 2005 with the worldwide premiere of Star Wars Episode III Revenge of the Sith. Together with Lucasfilm Ltd. - creator of the Star Wars films - Orange has put together an exclusive Star Wars Episode III box set with unique accessories that will bring the enjoyment and adventure of Star Wars right to your mobile phone.
The mobile box set includes either a Nokia 3220 (PrePay/PostPay) or a Nokia 3100 (PrePay only) that can be set up by fans to meet their own requirements. Among the accessories you will find lenticular images (three-dimensional images that are animated in response to movement) for the Nokia 3220 of all the main characters in the saga, a Darth Vader cover for the Nokia 3100, a Darth Vader telephone base (for the table) and a furry Wookie case to protect your Star Wars mobile phone when you are out (see appendix for further details).
Within Europe, the Star Wars content is only available from Orange and through the mobile portal Orange World. Film fans can view video clips from Revenge of the Sith on their mobile phones, download exciting games and set up Darth Vader's menacing breathing as a ringtone.
Orange has produced more than 100,000 black Star Wars Episode III box sets for sale in seven European countries. 10,000 of these will be available in Switzerland. You can buy the box sets together with the new Revenge of the Sith content in the second week of April at Orange Centers, Orange Points and from our partners Interdiscount, MediaMarkt, MobileZone and the PhoneHouse.
Timm Degenhardt, Vice President Marketing & Communications at Orange Switzerland, is delighted: "Our customers can now take the Star Wars universe with them wherever they go. They can extend the Star Wars film experience from the cinema screen to their own mobile phone. They can make their telephone buzz like a light sword, fight the Dark Side of the Force with interactive 3D-games and even send each other individually created greetings from R2D2 - and all that only with Orange".
