Catalis enters into
a long-term contract with a major client

Eindhoven 14th. December 2004 - Catalis today announces that, through its operating subsidiary, Testronic Laboratories, it will enter into an exclusive worldwide contract with one of the TOP 5 Hollywood film studios.
The initial contract, which we expect to sign within the next month, and will run for two years, stipulates that the client will use Testronic for all relevant work worldwide. This represents an important milestone for the continuing development of Catalis N.V. This relationship reflects a paradigm shift in testing services evolving into strategic partnerships in quality assurance and will result into a significant increase in the US market share, supporting the decision early in 2004 to provide increased capacity at the US facility.
At present, Catalis works closely with three of the five major film studios. The described contract is the third long-term contract within the last six months and the result of an effort to enter into long term contracts with clients.
The Management of Catalis N.V. expects to continue profitable growth in 2005.
