Eindhoven, February 22, 2006 - According to preliminary figures (not yet audited) Catalis N.V. has generated revenues of euro 7.7 million in the fiscal year 2005, which reflects an increase of ~50% compared to the previous year (euro 5.2 million). Increased revenues targets have been exceeded. The pre-tax profit has increased by ~40% to euro 2.0 million (previous year: euro 1.4 million).
Organic revenue growth was greater than 35% reflecting the strong performance of the business. Companies acquired and partly consolidated in 2005 contributed euro 0.6 million of revenues representing ~15% of the revenue growth. Fully consolidated management expects revenues of euro 2.5 million from these acquisitions in fiscal year 2006.
Based on a good start in 2006 management of Catalis N.V. expects two digit revenue and profit growth for the current year. The revenue target for 2006 is between euro 9.0 and euro 11.0 million with profits of between euro 2.5 million and euro 3.5 million.
The complete and audited consolidated financial statements will be made public in May 2006.
