With the prospect of the future raw material supply, today Solar-Fabrik AG (ISIN: DE0006614712) has signed a Letter of Intend (LOI) in respect of the takeover of an important wafer dealer. The trading company based in Malaysia holds already today numerous supply contracts concluded up to 2008. Through the intended purchase, Solar-Fabrik would be able to secure wafer material with an equivalent volume of more than 30 MW a year for 2006 and the following years. So, Solar-Fabrik AG continues its successful way securing the raw material supply which was started with the capital increase.
