Mr. Christoph Paradeis, current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Solar-Fabrik AG, will leave the Company in mutual agreement effective as of December 31, 2008. The Supervisory Board thanks Mr. Paradeis for his many years of hard work for the Company. The Supervisory Board of Solar-Fabrik AG has appointed Mr. Günter Weinberger as successor to Mr. Paradeis. Mr. Weinberger is a highly experienced Manager, who has acquired extensive know-how and understanding in the area of wafer production which extends to the delivery of system solutions. Mr. Günter Weinberger has spent the greater part of his past professional career at Siemens and Infineon. In the last few years, he has acted as President and CEO of a US company.
