Banks have increasing faith in the strategic refocusing of the company
Freiburg, October 21, 2009. Solar-Fabrik AG (WKN (security identification number): 661 471, ISIN: DE0006614712), Freiburg, has received a credit approval for EUR 19 million from the Reconstruction Loan Corporation's special program "Small and Medium-Sized Businesses" through the Deutsche Bank AG, Sparkasse Freiburg - Northern Breisgau, Commerzbank AG, KBC Bank Deutschland AG and the Investkredit Bank AG. As part of this program, the credit institution sponsors competitive companies with an annual turnover up to EUR 500 million and positive prospects. The total financing is split into an investment loan of EUR 7 million and a working capital loan of EUR 12 million. The two credits run over a period of five years and three years, respectively. They can be accessed flexibly by the end of 2010. Solar-Fabrik AG will use the additional resources for further growth.
