Solar-Fabrik AG (ISIN: DE0006614712) has achieved a third quarter 2010 revenue of ca. 51.4 million euros, representing ca. 27 % growth compared to the previous year (Q3/2009: 40.6 million euros). This number is in line with the expectation and supports the 2010 full year revenue target. The growth was primarily driven by a successful export initiative.
In the third quarter 2010 Solar-Fabrik AG has doubled the export rate compared to the first half 2010 to ca. 44 %, demonstrating again its capability of implementing fast changes. It expects another big step towards an even higher export rate in the fourth quarter, compensating the anticipated slow down of the German market.
Solar-Fabrik AG expects to soon finalize discussions about addressing additional regions and markets. This will further support the strategy to focus on new growth markets and further globalize the business.
The third quarter report will be published on November 12, 2010, with a live comment at the Forum-Solarpraxis analyst conference in Berlin.
