As reported in an adhoc news by Solar-Fabrik AG (ISIN: DE0006614712) on June 6,
2012, the Regional Court of Freiburg had ruled in 1st instance an award of
approximately EUR 1.6 million of damages in favour of Solar-Fabrik AG. The
defendant has now appealed against the judgement and, as a consequence, the
ruling does not become finally legal. Hence the amount awarded will not be
booked at this point.
