The Board of Management of MIM MONDO IGEL MEDIA AG announces that a loss of half of the initial capital was determined in preparing the annual balance. Significant for this development was extraordinary depreciation of EUR 5.58 million in 2003. This results in an equity capital of about 25% of the initial capital. The assessment of new productions will not be influenced by the depreciation of the old library.
The Board of Management will therefore call a shareholders meeting without delay. It will likely take place on 5 April 2004.
