JoWooD reports return to the prime market segment of the Vienna Stock Exchange (E)

The Vienna Stock Exchange (Wiener Börse AG) has agreed after the
receipt of a "Specialist-Commitment" of Capital Bank to re-list
JoWooD Productions Software AG, a company presently registered in the
Standard Market / Auctions segment of the Vienna Stock Exchange, in
the Prime Market segment and the ATXPrime index effective Monday,
October 20., 2003.

In addition to the successful restructuring of the JoWooD Group
including a re-focusing on the company’s core competency - the
development of titles with international top ten potential - JoWooD’s
re-listing in the Prime Market segment is further evidence of the
capital market’s approval of the recent developments at JoWooD.

JoWooD expects that the re-listing in the Prime Market will increase
the stock’s turnover and its attractiveness to international
investment funds, resulting in a fair development of the stock price
accurately reflecting the company’s turn around and its strategic
re-positioning.

According to the Vienna Stock Exchange no company has ever before
managed to re-enter the Prime Market segment.
