JoWooD announces end of
option term for the investment of Fluent Entertainment into JoWooD AG

By the end of the subscription term on September 30th 2004, Fluent Entertainment has purchased 400,000 newly issued shares at a price of EUR 2.50 per share. This corresponds to a total investment of EUR 1,000,000 by Fluent into JoWooD Productions Software AG. Because of the current stock market situation Fluent will not purchase further newly issued shares. As a consequence all of Fluent's options have expired.
The parties have commenced their strategic cooperation in the fields of marketing and distribution effective August 2004.
