JoWooD takes stock of the previous business year and presents an outlook for 2005 - Replacement of the Supervisory Board was accepted by shareholder’s meeting without diss

The Executive Board blames the negative strategic partnership between
JoWooD and the American company Fluent for the resignation of the
entire Supervisory Board on 16th December 2004.  Fluent has not
brought the results expected by JoWooD.  This was the reason for
extensive discussions between the Executive and Supervisory Board.
Since the middle of the year it was evident that negative deviations
in sales have led to huge differences in concepts between all members
of the Executive and Supervisory Board.

Major shareholders had withdrawn their faith in the Supervisory
Board. The pending renomination of the Supervisory Board has led to
the resignation of the entire Supervisory Board.

The shareholder’s meeting has, without dissention, elected the
following as new members of the Supervisory Board . Andreas Rudas,
Wolfgang Meusburger, Gerhard Weisschädel and Christoph Ludwig.

During this Extraordinary Shareholder’s meeting JoWooD discussed the
development of the company in the previous business year and has
given an outlook for the year 2005.

Despite the successful restructuring campaign the efforts of
internationalisation did not lead to the desired results.  The new
Supervisory Board will be a great help in internationalisation and
abolition of known deficits. Rapid measures are essential in order to
tap the full potential of the excellent game pipeline 2005. The
business year 2005 shows the best game pipeline since the formation
of JoWooD. The potential of JoWooD is in excess of 40 mio. EUR sales
.In order to reach this goal a massive concentration on distribution
and marketing is essential.

The game portfolio for 2005 is a well balanced combination of PC- and
Console based titles including outstanding brands (Gothic, Spellforce
and Stargate etc.).  JoWooD successfully entered the console-market
with own brand products mid 2004.
