Die notwendigen kartell- und wettbewerbsbehördlichen Genehmigungen wurden erteilt. Die Übernahme von Dreamcatcher Inc. ist unter dem Vorbehalt der Eintragung der im Zuge der Transaktion erfolgten Kapitalerhöhung im Firmenbuch.
