Erlangen, 20 September 2005. The Supervisory Board of november AG today appointed with immediate effect Astrid Dickert, Bachelor of Commerce, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. The core areas of her responsibility and authority will be accounting, controlling, investor relations and human resources.
Ms Dickert joined november AG in 2000 as staff accountant, was promoted in 2003 to Director of Accounting and Controlling and since June of this year headed the complete Financial Department.
Explanations: "The Supervisory Board of november AG, based its decision on its trust in the strong background and experience of Ms Dickert, in deciding for in-house talent to fill the vacant position. With this action, november AG complies with requests of its investors and promotes a more efficient further restructuring into a bio- and nanotechnology holding company for more transparency. With this new appointment, the CFO will attend to the capital markets and coordinate the M&A activity of the Company in a more effective way", stated Dr. Wolf M. Bertling, CEO of november AG.
