ClickSoftware Wins Order From AMT-SYBEX for Major Workforce Management Project at United Utilities

United Kingdom's First Multi-Utility Company Selects ClickSoftware Solution to Manage Its 2'700 Field Resources Across the UK
ClickSoftware (NASDAQ: CKSW), the leading provider of end-to-end service optimization solutions, announced today that its ServiceOptimization Suite has been selected by AMT-SYBEX for the optimized resource scheduling and dispatch of United Utilities' field resources across their Water, Waste Water and Electricity businesses.

United Utilities will implement ClickSoftware's ClickSchedule solution for the optimized scheduling of 2'700 field resources. Utilizing the powerful and dynamic optimization capabilities of ClickSchedule, United Utilities are looking to increase the productivity of their field workforce, manage all work types within one system and gain a much greater degree of control and visibility over their service operations. ClickSoftware's ServiceOptimization Suite will make up one element of an overall workforce management project that includes AMT-SYBEX for its Field Data Collection System.
