Stuttgart, 15.04.2003 - Heiler Software AG, a leading provider of electronic procurement solutions, is expecting for the current fiscal 2002/03 (30.09.) marked growth in sales and a continuation of the positive earnings development.
After an excellent first quarter in 2002/03, it is expected that the second quarter of the current year will see a slower development, typical for the software industry, sales on the level of the previous year and a moderate improvement in earnings compared with the second quarter of the previous year. For the second half of the fiscal year (01.04. - 30.09.03) another rise in growth rates and a marked improvement in earnings compared with the previous year may be assumed on the basis of orders in hand and orders currently being translated into sales.
For the entire fiscal 2002/03, the Board of Management is planning to increase group sales from 4.7 million Euro to 7-9 million Euro. The consolidated earnings before taxes are expected to be in the range from 0 to 2 million Euro (previous year: -2.6 million Euro) and the consolidated earnings after tax between 0 and 1 million Euro (previous year: -2.3 million Euro).
