Hamburg, November 28, 2003. d+s online AG (ISIN DE0005336804 / WKN 533 680) has received two orders comprising an additional revenue volume for fiscal 2004 forecast at EUR 3.5 million. A large German telecommunications provider has awarded d+s online AG a contract worth roughly one million euros. In addition, d+s online AG has received an outbound order from one of Germany's biggest health insurance companies.
Since 1998, d+s online AG has been engaged by various German telecommunications companies and has now managed to book a further high-volume order for service center activities for a contractual term of two years.
The implementation concept for the increased volume and convincing quality standards in the past were the decisive criteria for the award of this large-scale order.
On behalf of one of Germany's biggest health insurers, d+s online AG will begin calling selected members as early as this year to perform individually tailored customer relationship management on the phone. In this way, d+s online AG will in future be contacting a six-digit number of members each year. Compliance with the strictest of requirements in terms of data security was the decisive criterion for the award of this contract. Another factor was the available expertise at d+s online AG in the health sector and the insurance industry. In order to meet the high requirements of health insurance funds concerning the qualifications of outbound staff, d+s online AG operates with permanent staff, including trained insurance professionals and personnel specialized in the field of social insurance.
