Hamburg, March 4, 2004. Holger Schimming (48), currently Chief Sales
Officer of d+s online AG (ISIN DE0005336804), will move from the
company’s Management Board to the Supervisory Board with effect May
1, 2004. CEO Achim Plate will assume responsibility for sales. Plans
exist to add a new member to the Management Board in mid-2004.
