Olching near Munich, 19th February 2004. With resolution of 18th February 2004, the supervisory board of the Frankfurt stock market listed Smartcard producer Winter AG, has appointed Mr André Laux, 41, as new member of the management board. Laux will start his new position at Winter AG on 01.04.2004. The key aspects of his activity will be decided in the next few weeks in connection with the new strategic orientation of Winter AG.
Laux was in leading positions at national and international companies and possesses a long-lived expertise in the card market. As former managing director of Oldenbourg Datensysteme, Laux will put forth good expertise and contacts especially in the banking area. In his final step before his new position at Winter AG,the economist Laux was chairman of the management board of Skidata AG in Österreich.
