Shares issued by W.O.M. WORLD OF MEDICINE AG (ISIN: DE0006637390) are approved for trading on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, with simultaneous admission to the section of the regulated market associated with additional follow-up obligations (Prime Standard).
The Management Board of W.O.M. WORLD OF MEDICINE AG has agreed to change the company´s exchange listing from the Prime Standard of the regulated market to the General Standard of the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. An application was yesterday made to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange for the revocation of admission of company shares to the Prime Standard.
The revocation of admission will become effective after three months following the publication on the Internet of the revocation decision by the management of the stock exchange (www.deutsche-boerse.com). It does not affect the admission of W.O.M. WORLD OF MEDICINE AG shares to the regulated market (General Standard).
