Correction announcement (E): Pandatel presents the 2003 financial
figures

Hamburg, March 22, 2004 - In the ad hoc release, published today at
8.53 a.m. by Pandatel AG, Hamburg, the second paragraph states: "EMEA
contributed EUR 13.7m in sales, with east Europe and Great Britain
the main sales markets alongside Germany."

This is not correct. Sales figures for the EMEA region amounted to
EUR 12.6m, not EUR 13.7m.
