Hanover, May 14, 2007. Pandatel AG, (ISIN DE0006916307 - General Standard). In the evening of last Friday's (May 11, 2007) annual general meeting, the shareholders present made a motion to adjourn the annual general meeting. This motion was approved by 100% of the capital stock present.
None of the agenda items was voted on. Thus, no decision was taken on the application of the majority shareholder Dowslake Microsystems on liquidation of the company. The company will publish a new convening notice in due time.
