New CEO at PANDATEL
Hanover, 5 June 2007. Pandatel AG, (ISIN DE0006916307 - General Standard) announces that Juergen Schroeder resigns from his post as CEO of the company for personal reasons.
The supervisory board asked Dr. Dan D. Yang to act as interim CEO to fill the vacant position. She accepts this position effective immediately. Meanwhile, the supervisory board searches a new CEO. Dr. Yang was CEO before until early May 2007. Besides operational management, the new CEO's task will be to advance the annual general meeting taking place soon where, among other things, a resolution will be taken on the liquidation of the company.
