Munich, April 23, 04 - Advanced Medien AG today announced that the exclusive negotiations with the seller regarding the acquisition of a media company have been concluded successfully.
The management board of Advanced Medien AG and the seller today signed a letter of intent, which includes the agreed text of the contract and the payment terms. For technical reasons, the notarization of the sales contract has been scheduled for mid May. At that time, Advanced Medien AG will also disclose information on the company.
