Vienna (Austria), February 3, 2006 - Intercell AG (VSE, "ICLL") today
announced the following realignment in its Supervisory Board:

Luke Evnin, general partner at the private equity firm MPM Capital
L.P., who joined Intercell’s Supervisory Board in July 2004, resigns
from his position in Intercell’s Supervisory Board.

Luke Evnin for his long and good cooperation.
