Correction of the votings rights announcement published on March 5, 2007:
On August 30,2007, Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH has amendatorily informed us according article 21 section 1 sentence 1 WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Software AG, Darmstadt, Germany, ISIN: DE0003304002, WKN: 330400 have exceeded the 3% limit of the voting rights on February 27, 2007, and now amount to 3.13% (this corresponds to 879212 of a total of 28112715 voting rights).
According to article 21 section 1 sentende 1 WpHG in conjunction with article 32 section 2 sentence 3 InvG, 1.74% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 488205 of a total of 28112715 voting rights) is held by Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH itself.
