is postponing the publication of the annual financial statements for the fiscal
year 2011 originally scheduled for 30 March 2012. The decision is based on the
fact that more time is required to prepare the financial statements in the
context of the recently implemented capital increase and the equity
participation acquired by LDK Solar Germany Holding GmbH as a strategic anchor
investor; LDK Solar Germany Holding GmbH is the German subsidiary of China-based
LDK Solar Co., Ltd. (LDK:US, LDK.N, ISIN US50183L1070). The new date set for the
publication of the 2011 annual financial statements of Sunways AG is 30 April
2012.
