Frankfurt am Main, December 22, 2006 - AIG International Real Estate
GmbH & Co. KGaA ("AIRE") announced today that is has invested
approximately EUR 26 million in a real estate portfolio acquisition
in The Netherlands. The portfolio was previously owned by 27 funds of
MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG. AIRE was advised by AIG Global
Real Estate, who also served as an advisor to other AIG-affiliated
assets.The MPC portfolio includes 99 office buildings located throughout The Netherlands with a total floor surface of over 530.000 square meters. Credit Suisse handled the financing of the transaction.
