Highlight extends Agreements with T.E.A.M. Presidents Hempel and Lenz until 2009

The parent company of T.E.A.M.,
Highlight Communications AG ("Highlight"), concluded an agreement
with Klaus J. Hempel and Jürgen Lenz for the purpose of securing
their existing management- and corporate functions within the
T.E.A.M. group until 30 June 2009. Within the scope of this agreement
Klaus J. Hempel and Jürgen Lenz will sell their 20% share in T.E.A.M.
to Highlight with effect on 1 July 2005. Accordingly, as of 1 July
2005 Highlight will then have a 100% ownership in T.E.A.M.Richard Worth (47) will succeed Klaus J. Hempel and Jürgen Lenz as CEO with effect on 1 February 2004. Klaus J. Hempel and Jürgen Lenz will retain their positions as Presidents and Board Members of the T.E.A.M. group and be responsible for the strategic business development. Richard Worth is a long-term member of the T.E.A.M. management and acted successfully in the position of the COO since 2001. Klaus J. Hempel and Jürgen Lenz will retire from the Board of Highlight to enable the younger generation to succeed. Thomas Klooz (49), new Deputy CEO of T.E.A.M., is foreseen to assume their positions. As Richard Worth, Thomas Klooz is a long-term member of the T.E.A.M. management.
Furthermore the management team of T.E.A.M. will be strengthened: In addition to Frank Leenders, Business Development, and Tom Liston, Marketing, the management team will be complemented with Thomas Gurtner, Event Management, Simon Thomas, Television, and David Tyler, Legal.
