Wuppertal, 4 February 2004 - On the basis of the nine-month figures, the Prime Standard-listed holding company GESCO AG is expecting to exceed the target figures announced at the accounts press conference on 26 June 2003. For financial year 2003/2004 as a whole (1 April 2003 to 31 March 2004), the company is anticipating sales slightly above the forecast EUR 166 million and Group net income more than 10% above the target of EUR 3.2 million. The interim report for the first nine months (1 April to 31 December 2003) will be published on 12 February 2004, while the annual financial statements will be presented at the accounts press conference on 24 June 2004.
