M&G Limited has fallen below the 5% threshold of § 21 para.1 WpHG on 16 August 2007 and now holds 4,91% (2,027,101 shares held with voting rights) of the voting rights in K+S AG. It was attributed these 4,91% (2,027,101 shares held with voting rights) of the voting rights in K+S AG pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with § 22 para 1 sent. 2 WpHG.
